Hey D, I know you are managing with your pec but if you are not still doing it continue to massage and work over the area as much as possible. If you have any questions about how to do this let me know but it's the main thing (more than stretching) that will help break down any scar tissue and adhesions, etc. Will make a big difference in the long run. This kind of thing has been the main thing that has helped me get rid of a lot of my little nagging problems like your pec.
