I try to live everyday with no regrets, but no matter how much you tell your self "it was a learning experience, and if you take the lesson with you, you shouldnt regret it". There is just something about mistakes that make you look back and want to reverse them.

I wont bore everyone with a list of the dumb shit I've done, that would take too long to type. But I will share this nugget ...

Research everything you put in your body, dont care if its flank steak, suppliments or ass ... read, read, read, read, read. And listen, thats has been where the bulk of my mistakes have come from, and still come from. BB.net has helped with this a lot.

I wont touch on the "female" mistakes, that list would be longer then my training mistakes. All I'll say on this matter is, accept everyone for what they are, dont impress upon them who you want them to be, and you will be much much happier.
