Sorry about unlisted days ; I was thinking along the lines of ...
Tuesday - Chest / Triceps , Thursday - Back / Biceps, Saturday - Legs / Shoulders.
On my cardio days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) I'd do abdominals, too.
