I've been watching this thread, but no one has responded, so I'll write why I think this may be the case. Haha, I'm with you on this...my chest has some catching up to do.

I just read "How to increase your RAW Bench". It's an article written by Matt Reynolds posted by 0311.

Soooooo....even if you're not doing bench press three times a week, if you have a shoulder/back day, then you're going to be working some of the same muscles.

It's a good article..read it if you haven't already. It reminded me of a couple of things that I need to be paying more attention to.
