very true. take today for example: i just didnt go to the gym. i should have. i was supposed to. but instead i took my usual 30 minute nap from 8:30 to 9:00 pm (i workout at 9:30 pm) and then decided to extend it till 10:30 so when i did wake up, i didnt feel like lifting at all. pretty cool, huh? probably not. now i feel like shit for missing my workout.

however, the sleep was definitely worth it!
