Adductors don't get a lot of blood supply. Once it has rested for a few days get to rubbing down the area (no jokes) and massaging it to help get the blood flowing. Don't try to wrap it up. It won't do any good, I don't think even now and once the initial healing has taken place you definitely don't want to do anything to restrict blood flow to that area. Groin strains are notoriously hard to heal. Trust me I know. But mine was severe and it sounds like yours is pretty minor.
