Man, that is a lot of food for a guy your size. Good for you if you can eat all that every day. Don't forget to get plenty of water, especially right after taking that multivitamin.
The only real thing I'd say is that those potatoes aren't the best idea. Boiled potatoes, like most varieties of potato, are pretty high on the glycemic index and probably aren't great for you, particularly at that hour (I'm just guessing dinner is maybe 5:30-6:00?)
I'd think about replacing the potatoes with some pasta or the like - spaghetti would be excellent there.
