Posting this a bit late, I know
That day was the day nobody ever wants to have at the gym. I stuck it out, but... bad day. Not sure why. On a side note I had fallen on my tailbone and that was causing a good bit of pain, I decided to take Friday off. I'll do my ABA workout this week. Here's how Wed went
Squats: 235 jacked up... going to try 225 after the time off
Overhead: 105 inc 5
Rows: 180 keep
Pullups: 5x5, trying 2x8 again next time
Abs: done
Tri ext: 2x8 @ 75 inc reps
DB curl: 2x10 @ 40 inc to 11 reps
