This kind of thing has been the main thing that has helped me get rid of a lot of my little nagging problems like your pec.

Good job dropping the weight!
Thanks brotha! Yeah, I took just under two weeks OFF from the gym which completely deloaded me and my pec is/will be 100%. Good chance to just not mess with it at all and allow nature to take it's course for the longest layoff I've ever had.

Back from vacation. Left weighing 237 lbs.. Then, lol, ate and drank my way up to 244 lbs, which I thought would be a lot worse after vacation. I tried hard to fit in all of Sam Adam's Octoberfest before it's pulled from the shelves. Can't forget to mention the chinese food on the east coast is killer!

Counting a few days before my vacation onward, I missed a total of 11 days in the gym which wasn't a bad thing IMHO. Completely deloaded, that's for damn sure. But, I'm also extremely RE-motivated which I've been up and down with previously. I think the best part would be that my pec is back to 100%, and my first day back in the gym I didn't have a problem with 315 for 3 sets of 3. I've lost some strength, but nothing bad.

Saturday I just started WSB again for a few months! True upper, lower split filled with all the fun stuff I've missed (speed days, bands, gluteham, ect). Pretty sore after the past few days, but nothing major. The volume is scaled back since I'm still obviously cutting down. Same with my percentages for both DE and ME work since it's a big mistake to be as aggressive as I was back when I was at 4,000 cals!

Other than that, I'm planning on hitting the gym a lot more often every week for cardio. Today I woke my ass up earlier than usual (being that I'm OFF from lifting) and hit up some HIIT. Felt terrific. First time EVER walking into the gym for only cardio, then walking out 30 minutes later lmao! I'm up to 10 minute intervals which is getting easier and easier.

For supplements lately, I haven't been pounding the protein like usual. Just kinda saving what I have left until payday when I make my next $100 purchase to trueprotein. I think this time I'm investing in less protein and buying a tub of BCAA's instead. Cheaper and more effective for what I'm after. With all the days of cardio and weightlifting, I'm looking to lower my powdered protein to 5 scoops nontraining, 6 scoops training days whenever they are needed in conjunction with all my food. The BCAA's are in place of my protein and taken preworkout, and again just before I finish my final sets. Mainly it's due to my protein being comprised of casein and whey which I'm using to beef up my protein intakes with meals and before bed. Casein isn't the best choice around the workout, right Eric!?
