in ten months i have pulled my bench from 135x5 to 215x1, i have converted my 3x3 max of 185 into my 10x3 max twice in 2 weeks. i have destroyed my old military press record of 120 lbs x 3 x 5 to 135 for 3x5 easy. and all this with the shoulder injuries.
