Thanks for the encouragement bro, not stressing too much,its been a massive week stress and emotional wise.I do feel its time to work back up to 5's tho, Squats especially will get more quality reps in, not that my form is horrible but when going so heavy (for me!) you can easily let a couple shit reps in.Hoping to work up to my best 5x3s for 5x5 and hopefully beyond in the coming weeks.Does the starting poundages look ok to you? They are both going to be Volume PRs at those weights if I can get the reps in.

Jonson congrats on your progress mate, up 8 lbs to boot, nice work,thats the other thing I gotta start doing, eating more to try add some size.
