Put the belt on after the 1st set of squats today, I'll be using that from now on. Additionally, after doing some research around the site I've been getting the idea that DB curls and tri extensions every day might be excessive with the other exercises. I'll do tri extensions when I don't do dips, and curls when I don't do pullups. Sound like solid logic?

Squats: 230 up 5
Overhead: 115 up 5
Rows: 180 keep
Pullups: 42.5 up 2.5
Abs: done
Tri ext: 2x12 @ up weight drop reps
