Nearing the end of week two WSB. Back down to 235 lbs, which leads me to believe that my initial weight after vacation might have had some good bloating goin' on lol. Anyway, started a few months back at 248ish, so 13 lbs ain't too shabby.
Strength continues climbing, making improvements weekly. Box squats have been around the 350's for reps, and deadlifts in the 500 range for triples. Started up decline barbell presses for the first time in at least 5 years lol as an ME exercise. I like the change a lot. It's tough as hell to get used to, but the upside is I can load up the bar!
12 minutes of HIIT tomorrow after I wake up. After that, a nice day off to rest.
Well, that and going to my supplement store to pick up some protein, creatine, fish oil, and dextrose.
I've been off of creatine for about 6 weeks now, so the extra boost will bode well for some increased strength.
