Love that belt, helps squats for sure. Increased well today but form was falling, I don't know what's going on with bench but I couldn't do 175 (missed last rep, rest was real hard). Oh well, do it again Monday. Arm pain so skipped the accessories
Squat: 235 keep
Bench: 175 keep (tried 180 for 2 reps. wasn't gonna happen)
DL: 315 keep
