Wednesday's Workout
35 Seconds rest between each set. 1.5 minutes between each exercise.
Clean & Press: 15x2 @ 185 lbs.
Curl Grip Chin-ups: 8x2 @ 45
BB Bench: 8x1 @ 265
OVERVIEW
Well another crappy workout. I lost track of time and the gym at my work was closing in 30 minutes so I tried to crame as much as I could in. Ended up at my gf's gym in her new apt. complect and did some running and ab work for about 35 minutes. Going to stick with 35 seconds for another week and try to get a solid workout in.
