I have figured it out and i should consume around 2000 cal. for weight loss. I have little to no cardio exercises going on in the gym however i do a lot of stretching at home every day. When i do cardio it's no more than 10 minutes of sprinting/jogging intervals after i workout.

I'm very tempted to up my cardio levels to lose the gut but then again i don't want to lose any mass too.

And yes on the bulk/lower body fat.
