I switched to a 6day workout i found up from bb.com and stopped the creatine 4 days ago. Will be stopping the gakic as soon as i finish the bottle since the workout is relatively easy. I'm finding it hard to even break 2500cal, i'm so used to eating under 2000cal but i am trying.
Right now i'm at 167.5lbs, i'm still gaining but i'm kind of over my building gut because it's winter.
On a side note, is there any supplements that will make me stop flatulating? Or at least tone down the degree of smell? It's pretty bad..
