Flax Oil doesn't have EPA and DHA (which are omega 3's.). It contains Omega 3 in the form of alpha linoleic acid. That is supposed to be a precursor to EPA and DHA but people don't believe the body can necessarily make enough so they take fish oil. ALA also has other uses by the body and fish oil DOES NOT contain ALA so some people like to use both flax and fish oil for that reason. Also flax oil has an almost ideal ration of omega 3, 6, and 9's.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
