My gf is worried about the pill intake i currently have, should i be worried?

Morning:
3 pills hydroxicut hardcore
1 pill centrum multivitamin
1 pill b-complex "50"
2 pills fish oil 1000mg each
1 pill L-carnitine 500mg
1 pill L-lysine 500mg
1 pill cod liver oil 600 mg
1 pill niacin 500mg
3 pills dymatize nutrition super amino 4800mg

Afternoon:
Same as morning

Evening:
Same as morning minus the hydroxicut hardcore.

I also take 150-250g of protein daily
5-10g of creatine mono
anator p70 post workout
And on cardio days i take 8 pills of gakic (which is 1 serving) before the workout.
