Well after the week from hell, deer camp, and the rest of the week I was only able to get in the gym once (Fri the 16th), did the same workout as today. Nice to get back, wish I hadn't been gone. I've lost a little size, not much strength. Dropped 5lb off of most of my lifts just because I knew I'd been off, but will be back to normal soon. Not sure about the B workout, haven't done that in a while...

Squat: 230 (keep)
Bench: 170 (up 5)
DL: 315 (keep, start using wrist straps)
Pullups: 2x8 45lb keep
DB curl: 2x10 40lb keep and improve form
Tri ext: 2x10 80lb up reps
