ok new gains 16pds in 2 weeks
i went from 188 to 204 in two weeks and my eating habbits arent even that great i'll try posting some new progress pics but last month i was exactly a year of working out and i started off at 140 something and now i'm 6'2 204, my bench max is at or over 300 i never max out try it out if you can find it
