aight cool. ill up the poundage then. i read somewhere that supersetting was good. but ill just put more weight on. i was only doing it with 225 though. i honestly did it that light because i got an exertional headache my prior leg workout, and my head didnt full recover for a bit so i was tryin to not over do it. so the supersetting stil gave me somewhat of a good feel.
i know what the exertional headache came from though so i should be better off this go round. ill mess around with 250 to 275 range
