Well after taking a month off, I'm back in the game. I didn't plan on taking this long off, but due to some circumstances and a bit of laziness, that's how it turned out. Anyway, I spent this week slowly breaking back into the program, not wanting to overextend myself too quickly. So far it seems like the groin is healed up. Unfortunately, I feel (and look) like I lost a lot of upper body size. However I know exactly where it all went...GUT I'm debating going right back into my previous workout, or spending a week or two trying to cut by bf% down a bit. Either way, I have 1 more warmup tomorrow and then I officially start back up on Monday. Can't wait. I feel so terrible since stopping. :(
