Before I found out flyes weren't shit:
Barbell bench press-4 sets
Incline Dumbbell Press-4 sets
Incline Dumbbell Flyes-2 sets
superset:flat flyes with weighted dips

After the groundbreaking discovery:
barbell bench-3 of my heaviest sets
incline bench-2 heaciest sets
incline dumbbell-2 heaviest
weighted dips-3 sets heaviest

I say heaviest because before I used to pyramid up in weight and pace myself for all the rest of that workout. Now I concentrate alot better and heavier using alot less sets than previous. I'm twice the size I used to be without the flyes so go figure...Check out my log for specifics
