Good plastic surgeon places should have them so you can contact them and ask how their experience really was and if they recommend the doctor. My ex worked at a law firm and had a couple malpractice cases and the bad ones didn't have a client review list.

I call those the boob books
I wouldn't even consider using a surgeon that doesn't have an extensive book of pre-op, immediate post-op, and settled pictures. AND a client contact reference sheet.
There's a few sites I've found too that has listings of surgeons nationwide with client pictures, specialties, contact sheets, all that good stuff.
Plus, knowing a ton of gals in the fitness industry with implants helps with the search
