need a neck workout routine
i want to start adding some tickness to my neck, but the gym i go to doesnt have a neck machine. i've seen some guys using plates to do front/back and side neck exercises on the end of a flat bench. i'm thinking about doing that but not sure how i should split it. 4 instance, do i do all of them back to back? or do front and back together and then sides together. what do yall recomend? what kind of routine do you guys have?
