Hawaii has not been a team to shy away from bold statements. Some of that comes from the top. Coach June Jones doesn't appear to pull any punches when talking about system quarterbacks or how his three best players came out of the penal system.
But most importantly, they believe what they say, no matter how brash or bold. Like this, for instance:
