yeah i need a lot pf pointers. i want to try to get out of the whole "im stronger than everybody" thing so i can learn the moves. i will def keep in touch so i can learn more. i wish i can look at youtube at work but its a no go.
i will def train differently though because i want to make sure i have endurance. that kettle bell class looks liek a go. how often did you train with them dave?
