week before christmas...got the flu. hardly ate all week...might have hit 3000 calories for the week. work busy last week...still didn't feel super...eating was off...didn't lift at all...except one day i decided to deadlift...got 210 up once. eating pretty much back to normal today so i decided to hit the weights again.
lost some weight, and strength. gay.
