yea i figured that was typical of people at GNC, why i was lookin for a second source.
with the creatine CEE do u have any recommendations on a good brand?
and the WHEY i figured was a do.
so with these would i do the typical loading phase of the creatine first? than go into doing it less?
or would i go about taking it a different way?
