First Cycle
Alright I've been debating on taking a cycle for a little over a month now, I've recently been taking NO Xplode, and have held onto a good diet. I've trained nearly everyday for a good year now, trying varieties of supplements and different workout routines. Now, I'm looking for more improvement, and I feel that a cyle can put me over the top. I have talked to a few different people, and get the basics of what my diet should be while juicing, but what exactly should I be trying to buy? Also, what should my diet consist of? and how long should I allow my first cycle to last? Sorry about all the questions, I'm just looking out for myself I guess, and trying to get the most of it.
