MP - 106, 3 x 5
pullups - 22.5, 1 x 6, 1 x 5, 1 x 5
dips - 35, 2 x 8
leg raises - 2 x 8
situps with arms above head - 15, 1 x 18
bi curls - 66, 2 x 8
thought i'd try front squats for fun....but before MP was not a good idea. i'll stick with regular squats next week. would like to get that MP back up into the 120's again...depressing. and i'm gonna switch days on dips....and get rid of tri extension altogether.
