In the past I've just taken the reccomended doses on the bottles for fish oil, 1 pill 3x day, milk thistle, 1 pill 3xday, and hawthorne berry, 2 or 3 pills 2 or 3x day. For this cycle of HAVOC should I bump these numbers up or are they ok where they are at.
