With a 5x5 like this a very big part of the routine is progressively loading the bar. You want a consistant planned progression. If you can do 75lbs on standing military at the begining, you should start in the 55lb range, and increase 2.5-5lbs each week until you hit 75lbs, then go for 80 the next ... if you do 75lbs every week, guess what you'll be doing forever?
