well Yesterday i started to take it, which was 3 pills a day for 1 month.
I took one in the morning and one in the afternoon-
and then decided it probably is a good idea to just eat alloott more and take some creatine.

since i only took 2 pills out of 90count bottle, is it ok to just stop?
