Well boys and girls, I've been off on a brief hiadus (sp? lol) and basically non-existent on the site. But now I'm back more than ever. I've been off for reasons beyond my control but now everything is completely re-done. Training and diet have been overhauled and I'm driven more than ever. Once again I'll be in fighting form both in the gym and on the forum. Hopefully within the next few months I'll be revisiting my photo's thread and posting some new and improved pics.
