Hi guys

Performance Day today, had a tough day probably thanks to a shit week of sleep, and fuck all carbs.Hit a rep PR on squats but they were heavy as shit and awkward.Bench was ok, hit a rep PR there too.Deadlifts are just too damn hard after heavy squats and benches, Im sucked ass at em lost 2 reps from last week Im not sure what to do with deadlifts ATM.I may rotate heavy squat PRs on fridays with heavy deadlift PRs, hmmm but I really want to start doing GMs too LOL.

Performance Day 18/1/08
Squat 1x3 111kg (Rep PR)
Bench 1x3 86kg (Rep PR)
Deadlift 1x2 132.5kg
Pullups 2x5 BW

Im loving pullups ATM I never been strong enough to do them before.
