I would assume your nut have shrunk away with no PCT.
Anyhow adex is commonly used on cycle to reduce or eliminate estrogen induced side effects such as gyno. Nolva and clomid are used PCT to get your natural test running again.
I would recommend
Nolva 60mg for 1st week
40mg 2nd week and
20mg 3rd week. Probably all you need for a 10 weeks cycle but you could run a 4th week at 20mg.
clomid in the mix is a good thing as well.
1st 2 days 300mg rest of week 200mg
2nd 150mg
3rd 75mg

clen is not pct and isn't really proven to help you keep your gains
