read the HIIT sticky in the fatloss forum...if you're trying to bulk up...may want to try that...instead of an hour of straight cardio
it's supposed to burn fat...but leave muscle on...i do it around 3 times a week...20 minutes a piece...
jump rope for a minute...rest a minute...jump...rest...jump
or go balls out on the elliptical for a minute rest for a minute...go....rest...go...rest.
heart keeps going for that minute of rest...but you're not taxing your muscles...
