i hate the people in the gym who scream for nothing. i dont mind a few screams and grunts when you are working hard, but there are some people in the gym who make me sick.


it was this one dude who used to scream after every single last rep and then woudl try to throw the weight as far as possible when he was done. he would do some tri extentions and be swinging his ass off then just drop the weight and look in the mirror. i wanted to politely just walk up to him and say "i hate you"
