The screaming I can deal with to some degree, I guess thats cause I always have my headphones on, and I cant hear it all the time.
Atleast 2-3 times a week, I see someone doing half squats, or even half bench, and I always feel inclined to tell them that what they are doing is pointless. But i guess I'm more synical now, I just let it go, its not my job to help people who dont ask for it.
What really pisses me off is when people drop the wieghts. I'm not talkin about db's either, thats fine, I under stand that most of the time. but there are dudes in my gym that will deadlift with a few plates, and just let the bar go from the top position. Last week there was a kid doing standing ezbar curls, and he would just let the bar drop to the floor from waist hight after each set, I wanted to strangle him.
