milk + bloating + ppwo...
during the week at work i drink a half gallon of milk every day....has anyone noticed less bloating with say...skim instead of 2%?? i don't wanna ditch it all together as it helps me get a load of protein in...just don't know what i'd replace it with to get the cals and protein...
also...sometimes my ppwo comes close to bedtime...say within 2.5 hours or sometimes less...i know it's good to have carbs in that meal, but...what would the effects of replacing the carbs with some essential fats be?
