How does the insulin affect the intake of hgh? I sort of understand but the insulin, or glucose for some, is only a short burst and the hgh takes hours to absorb properly? Is the insulin mainly for steroids? Do they absorb quicker?

I'm thinking of starting ansomone in a couple weeks, nothing else with it, and am just finding out everything i can such as when to take it and what with(food). Would i be ok taking it at 1730 when i get back from work? I train at 2030 but the only other time i'd be able to take it would be first thing in the morning? Thanks
