post workout is a shake...20 grams malto...40 grams protein and creatine. and then about an hour later i eat "supper" which is usually chicken breast and rice...i guess i should have specified the ppwo is not a shake...but a meal

i've got some chub on the love handles...and i'm wondering if the load of rice later in the day is the cause...would not mind replacing it with natty peanut butter....or even going half and half...cuz i need to get more efa's in anyways.

right before bed lately i've been having 8 oz. of 1% milk, activia yogurt...and a handful of almonds...
