Performance day

Had a nice one today, Ive changed a few exercises in the hopes of getting my core 3 lifts up more.I hit Deadlifts 1st and things went real well.I planned on doing 135kgx5 but when I pulled the 1st rep it flew up like a warmup so I just kept adding weight and hit 145kg for a relatively nice easy single,I think I got more there for sure, I then did some DE type box squats for 10x2, I think Im a little slow tho , the weight was easy but this is a pretty new exercise to me so Ill get a vid up for critique.I then hit 2 board presses with about a 1 second pause, Ive got me a nice sticking point about 3-4 inches off the chest so Im hoping these will help with it.I just worked up slowly to my flat bech 1rm as its the 1st time doing these.My tris are sore today.Did a couple sets of pullups too.

Performance Day 25/1/08
Deadlift 3x1 135kg,140kg,145kg (PR)
DE Box Squat 10x2 45kg
2 Board 1x2 90kg 1x1 95kg
Pullup 1x5 BW+5kg

So my plan is to rotate exercises a little more on PR day, maybe do 2-3 weeks of PRs on a certain exercise and then change it up to a diff. exercise, Im hoping this will keep me fresh and stop me from stalling out.Thoughts and critique are welcome.
