But when i went to hammers, my left was more consistent and stronger than my right . I felt my left arm about to quit during curls, and then my right hand about to quit on hammers. What's the deal behind this?
I personally do incline curls and then go into my hammer curls. I wouldn't worry to much about it as I experience the same thing with alternating arms failing first on last reps of different exercises. If your really worried about them getting equal amounts of work put the weight down, take a few seconds rest and get the final rep out.

hammer curls are not for forearms, they barely work the forearms.
I personally never felt much forearm work on my hammer curls so I did some searching on what Sentinel was mentioning and found these hammer curls with a twist: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/matt65.htm
Makes sense to me the more that I think about and am going to give it a try during my next gym visit.
