Lightly active - someone that isn't sedentary
Moderately active - up and about all day long
Very active - exercises 3 days a week
Extremely active - you

That's the way I always looked at it. When you consider all of the other people in America, you are in the top 1% as far as activity level goes... I don't know where you're from though..but that's just an example.
