Yea to be honest my abs have not really benfited much from the ab machine I will try switching to ethier deadlift or squat as u recommend.


J-Rock out of those supplements that you listed which would have the least side affects but still builds lean muscle? Also I drink only water I would probley drink pop or water once a month at most but what do you consider healthy food? Carbs? no Sodium? What do you recommend for lunch and dinner?
