I would have to say the whey, maltodextrin, and dextrose have no side effects. The creatine, depending on the individual may cause some bloating. Creatine ethyl ester is a more potent form of creatine that doesn't require drink large amounts of water. All creatine does is help keep the muscle from fatiguing as quickly, so you can pump out a few more reps each set. It is naturally produced by your body, so 5-10grams of monohydrate is enough.
