Thanks for the info.

I'll buy the whey protein isolate to take after lifting.

In the morning I have a protein drink for breakfast instead of actual food so I can consume a lot of protein for very few calories and fat. Does it make any difference if I use they whey isolate in the morning or would casein or a blend be better in the morning as a meal replacement? Thanks.
